Could tightness in the chest and lungs, although you're asthmetic, be a sign of lung cancer?

-shortness of breath
-trouble breathing
-tender lungs
-hyperventilation

I doubt it...more like more intense asthmatic condition or some type of infection. You need to see a dr. to be sure.
IF U SMOKE U HAVE A VERY GOOD CHANCE OF GETING LUNG CANCER.
Have you a nebulizer and using a mist medication for your asthma. It could be signs of pneumonia too. Go see your Dr. Usually asthmatics get pneumonia easily and they also get Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Sounds like an asthma attack, or anxiety/panic, to me. That's how I feel when I get any or all of those things, though your experience may vary. Couldn't hurt to ask your doctor, though, if you're that concerned about cancer.
I doubt it, probably asthma or something like that.
see a dr if it continues though
doubt it unless you are a smoker. if you smoke, then that increases your chance of lung cancer especially if you already have asthma and/or other lung diseases such as chronic bronchitious, emphysema, etc.
u know the signs of asthma
what u are describing sounds like heart attack
check with ur doc asap
some i know just died of it 2 weeks ago with the same signs and he was just taking medications over the counter for pain
