How many non-smokers die every year from lung cancer (2nd hand smoke)?

We in Scotland have the worst cases of lung cancer in the world!
I know for a fact that before i quit 5 years ago, the cancer rates for 2nd hand smoke were in the 2000 mark alone. This does not count the people who died as a direct result of smoking deseases. It is estimated in the UK alone 100,000 peple died last year either through direct or indirect result of smoking related deseases.

Despite claims by the American Lung Association, American Heart Association, and other health organizations and anti-smoking nazis that thousands upon thousands of people die each year due to secondhand smoke exposure, they are unable to identify even one single person who has died from secondhand smoke.
