Do children of smokers have a greater chance of lung cancer even though they never smoked in their adult life? |
I am grew up in a home of smokers until I was 20. Just wondered if the exposure during my early years would increase a chance of lung cancer later in life. I am 35 now. Second hand smoke is worse for you than smoking.... I am a smoker and never smoked in my house or car...... Very interesting facts at this site.... http://www.cancer.ca/ccs/internet/standa... Yes, there is a chance that you'll get it. There are so many people gettting second hand smokers. Im so sorry It might because of second hand smoking which you had from growing up with smokers. yes, the chances of lung cancer is very high. more so than the smokers themselves. nobody's perfect...... don't sue your parents!!!!!! It's very high. Also asthma is pretty much a given. Both my parents chain smoked. |
