I have high ESR, high CRP and high smooth muc AB. I have joint pain in my wrist,ankles.Lupus test Neg- Liver??

You clearly have some inflammation in your body. The lab tests and the pain confirm that.

There is no "lupus test" although there are some pretty good indicators. None of them is definitive for lupus.

Other disorders must be ruled out. You could have quite a number of things, or several autoimmunes in overlap.

Keep working with your rheumatologist (if you have one, if not get one) to elimnate other possiblities and get a good diagnosis.
