I would really appreciate it if anyone could answer my questions thank u.=)

Yes most of any weight that you gain on prednionse will be lost when you stop taking it. But if you have lupus you might have to take it for a while to stabilize yourself. I have three people in my family that have lupus and they were on prednisone for a while but when they stabilized and were taken off they lost the extra weight.

At your age your are most likely finished growing. You are not on a high dose of prednisone. If you have concerns ask your doctor. You have a right to do that.

Most of the weight will go away when you stop the prednisone. Prednisone typically causes what they call "moon face" which does go away when you stop the drug.

Do not stop the prednisone on your own or just stop cold turkey. You could get extremely sick and develop complications. Prednisone is something you go off gradually.

Best wishes to you.
