Any tips for getting past the fatigue associated with Lupus/RA? |
The pain in the joints hasn't been so bad lately..its the fatigue thats been really getting to me lately Try to rest before you get exhausted. If you don't mind taking a prescription medication, ask your doctor about Provigil (Modafinil). It is a non-central nervous system stimulant that "promotes wakefulness." Typical given to people with narcolepsy and other sleep disorders. I take it to counter the effects of other medications I'm on, and it works very well. Just do not overdue it and get plenty of rest. Take your vitamins. |
