Lupus Flare symptoms?

Is being tired there all the time or is it only when you are flaring? The other symptom's to?

Fatigue
Fever
Weight loss or gain
Joint pain, stiffness and swelling
Butterfly-shaped rash (malar rash) on the face that covers the cheeks and bridge of the nose
Skin lesions that appear or worsen with sun exposure
Mouth sores
Fingers and toes that turn white or blue when exposed to cold or during stressful periods (Raynaud's phenomenon)
Shortness of breath
Chest pain
Dry eyes
Easy bruising
Anxiety
Depression
Memory loss

My daughter is tired all the time. And she gets sick easily. Right now she is struggling with Renaud symdrome. She has a flare up of that. Also, she gets clots in her legs and she struggles to breath. She can not walk very far without losing her breath. She gets strange rashes and things that normal people can fight off. She takes prednisone. When she takes that the pain lessens but that leaves her open to more sickness. It affects her sight too. (the prednisone that is) Right now she doesn't know if her lung problem is from the Lupus or the Renaud. She was perfectly healthy until a few years ago. She never missed one day of school except for when she was in eighth grade she had chicken pocks. A few years ago she got a very severe case of the flu and that triggered the lupus. She still works and misses very few days. But she is getting worse. She is only 33. She is my only daughter and I pray for her all the time. Right now her lupus affects her connective tissues. I hope we can keep it at bay. The Renaud scares me. Her fingers turn black because she has no circulation in them. Her fingers get sores on them because there is no circulation to heal any puncture of hang nail. There is surgery for it but it doesn't do any good for the most part. She keeps mittens on with little heating pads inside. It is painful and she is on the computer all day.

It is different for everyone. I am more tired when I am flaring, yes. Now that I am not in a flare, I feel like I did before I was diagnosed with Lupus. But, when I am in a flare, i get very tired and have terrible random body pains, like in my arm, foot or elbow. I have a lot of kidney involvement with my form of Lupus. My random pain is because my kidneys are not filtering as they should be, so toxins are backing up causing me pain.
