Cold hands lupus?

Okay so.
my hands are cold pretty much all the time. I warm them and then they get cold again. and my knuckles turn purple too a lot. i wear glove sometimes but that gets annoying.
lupus runs in my family.
my aunt has it.
and my other aunt had it and passed away.
but i dont have any other sometimes of lupus.

the only other thing i have wrong is i get burpy hiccups which i think is reflux.

Sooo im not sure what it is.
help?

You can have Raynaud's syndrome and not have lupus or you can have them in overlap. Read more at the link provided.

I doubt the hiccups have anything to do with either. Hiccups occur when the diaphragm is out of sync with the lungs. Take a deep breath. Hold it and swallow three times without hiccupping or breathing. It works but is hard to do. My mom's best recipe for hiccup cure was to load one teaspoon with sugar and try to swallow it.

Maybe poor circulation or Reynaud's Syndrome. Discuss it with doctor.

It could be but to diagnose lupus you must also have two other symptoms. Cold hands is one so if I were you I would continue to see your family physician and there is also a blood test the Dr can do. I hope this helps with your question.
