I'm not 100% sure about whether miscarriage is a classic sign of lupus but I would strongly recommend that you go back to your GP to show him the rash and ask if you were definitely tested for lupus and whether you should be tested again in light of your history and notable (and understandable) concern. There are other illnesses that may cause problems in maintaining pregnancy to full term, either way you sound like someone who needs to speak to a medical professional and if your GP can't provide the answers you need then perhaps he/she could arrange for see a gynae and/or obstetric consultant for further advice.
