Whats wrong with me! Not MS or Lupus, so now what?

Very complicated so watch for more details before answering PLEASE.
I woke one day (shortly after a c-section) to horrible body pain. Ive been through numerous tests of all kinds. I was told I had MS, Lupus, Lyme, you name it. My bloodwork has always showed extra red blood cells with extra hemaglobin (no biggie). My ANA titter level is 190 Im horribly depressed, Im ALWAYS sleeping Ive spent 75% of the last yr ASLEEP, Ive lost my memory, Im beyond forgettful, unable to concentrate & complete things. I forget 2-3 things/appointments PER DAY! My pain is CONSTANT although sometimes increased. Its never gone. Normally a 7-9.
I am constantly having jerking/twitching;
Ive been sleeping in a chair for the last 6months due to pain/discomfort, numbness, etc.
I have pins/needle feeling, numbness at times. Cold sensations, weakness, LOTS of falling, walking into things (walls), It feels like a band was placed around my waste and from there down I experience weakness, pins/needless, shooting electrical currents, etc.
My Vision loss/changes significant. Changed my scripts 4 times in last year due to vision loss;
I have no energy.
NOTE: first times we tried Prednisone it worked, now it hasnt the last 2 times.
I do have occassional swelling, rashes, blotches, etc.
Im 30yrs old 125lbs, (was) active mom of 3.
Current Meds:
Vitimins, herbals, suppliments
Concerta 54mg (6yrs now) for depression and ADHD
Cymbalta (depression & pain)
Lyrica (300mg twice a day)
Plaquenele 300 3xaday - OFF FOR THE LAST WEEK ALREADY
Vicodin 10/325 - PRN
Fentynol patch 150mg
Atenol (due to SVT from PAT)
Spinal tap just rulled out MS, and now my MD wont help. Having him give up was the final blow! All along, He told me I wasnt crazy, now he stoped helping and STOPPED ALL MEDS AT ONCE! So on top of all this - Im going through withdrawals and truly just want to die.
I have a family to live for and Im trying to stay strong but the pain hurts and without these meds I cant move, they would at least keep me going - as they ended most pain. PLEASE help.

Its sometimes hard for me to swallow, I have ALWAYS had coldsores especially when Im about to be or am sick;
At the same time this all started, I noticed my knees pop; and my fingers lock (they are stuck and CLICK) when FORCED open. Will not open otherwise.
My neurosurgeon is thinking Cent. Nervous issues;
1 of my 2nd opinion docs says it MUST be anti-inflamatory
My areas that hurts are feets, knees, hips, BUTT, BACK and hands
Ruled out Carpal tunnel early on

About the swallowing part above, it feels like I am going to choke, like something is lodged in my throat.
I tend to choke alot, oddly I also have no appetite

Fibromyaligia or a somatoform disorder (either conversion or pain disorder) google these terms and see if it sounds like you. Heres some quick info:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Somatoform
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fibromyalgi...
Both of these disorders are hard to diagnose, and often a patient goes through much testing for other problems before being diagnosed.

I do not have an answer for your question, more of a comment. I am so very sorry to hear about your constant pain and discomfort. I can't imagine any respectable doctor giving up on a patient. I will honestly be praying for you. I couldn't imagine going through what you are and I can't believe how strong you are despite everything. I also am astonished that your doctor took you off your pain medication. He said you were not crazy, yet he is treating your pain as though it was a figment. Just because he does not know the answer does not mean your pain is not real. With all of this does he think that withdrawal discomfort is what you need on top of what you are already going through. good grief. I am sorry for going on and on, but your question caught my eye and I had to say sometning. Just keep trying. There is a doctor out there somewhere that can help you. Don't lose your faith. I am not looking for points either by the way,

I do not believe it is fibromyalgia at all. Too many other symptoms that don't fit.

Hang on, you're stuck with this! You've been passed around to doctors too busy or incompetent.

Best suggestion: Call the nearest University Medical Center for the latest in care for your conditions. Take copies of all tests, CT/MRI, etc. along. Be prepared for a long, tedious series of new tests & medicines. There is help and you will be feel better, but it takes an awful long time!

In the meantime, go to a health store & get some "Rescue Remedy". Harmless homeopathic, cheaper than medicines, works fast; just follow directions. Putting 4 drops in a half-glass water & sipping will definitely help calm you (the kids can have some, too!).

Good luck! :)
