What are the syptoms of Lupus?

Unexplained fever
sensitivity to the sun
chest pain after deep breath
extreme fatigue
hair loss
painful or swolled joints

Joint pain. Affected joints may change (so today your wrist mightbe too sore for you to lift anything, but next week it's ok, but your toes hurt.)
Extreme fatigue, not relieved by sleep
Mouth ulcers
Hair loss
Malar rash (across your cheeks and nose, little like a butterfly) other rashes too- especially after being in sun.
Chest pain
Poor appetite and weight loss
Nausea and vomitting
Headaches

Those are early symptoms. Other vary but Strokes, kidney failure, psychosis, depression can occur as the disease progresses, depending on which organs are involved.
