I have heard that some places do extensive blood work, etc. to find out everything that is going on with you. I stay so exhausted, and I am afraid it is affecting me neurologically. I always seem to have this "brain fog". I live in a rural area, and there are no good rheumatologists here. I just want a really good, comprehensive exam.
