MRI- Is it MS, Lupus, or Cerebral Vasculits?

Brain MRI Findings: Easiest to appreciate on the IR sagittal and axial images are multiple foci of abnormal T2 signal hyperintensity, a total of 9, with 1 involving the genu of the corpus callosum to the left of midline. The involvement of the corpus callosum is one of the smaller lesions, less than 3mm in diameter. There are at least 2 lesion which are perpendicula to the ventricles involving the deep white matter. There is 1 lesion that involves the corticomedullary junction with some possible involvement of cortex in the highposterior right frontal lobe measuring 5x12mm w/ a somewhat beveled appearance. The other lesion that is greater than 1cm involves the central left cetrum semiovale, 4x8x11, also somewhat beveled, and involves the corticomed. juction. None of these lesions show mass effect or enhancement, flow voids are intact. No atrophy detected. Ventricles are normal. Good Luck! Source(s): http://www.apsfa.org
If you have a positive Lupus Anticoagulant....then you do have APS. No two ways about it. http://www.apsfa.org/aps.htm#6 Time to educate your doctors on this. Come to the support forum I am on at www.apsforum.com and I will be more than happy to help you.

Seriously you need to consult a real specialist about this medical problem. I don't think you will find a true answer in this venue. Please contact a board certified specialist.
