There is insufficient information to give you any specific information. Leukemia is a category of cancers that are all of immune cells. Unfortunately, there are at least 4 different kinds of leukemias, all with different symptoms, treatments, and prognosis. Leukemia is not rare but not common Systemic lupus erythematosis (SLE) is an autoimmune condition where your immune system attacks something in your connective tissue (basically anything). It is difficult to diagnose, and there is no test that is even moderately accurate. Diagnosis must be based on a combination of a thorough history taking, examination and certain blood tests. Treatment is not simple, and the prognosis varies. In all areas of the United States, there are public health clinics run by your county public health department and funded by the state. They will see all comers, regardless of insurance or ability to pay. They are typically busy and have long wait times, but you will always have access to physicians for free this way. Do not bother us with the excuse that you do not have insurance. As always, discuss these and any questions with your physician. Leukemia and lupus are not in the least related.
