Has anyone ever heard of LUPUS?

Has anyone ever heard of LUPUS?

It's a disease that attacks the major organs of the body. sometimes it's really hard to diagnose because it looks like something else. For instance, if it were to attack your kidneys, it would seem like a kidney disease. Most people don't get diagnosed until it attacks more than one organ at a time.

Yes, and though I do not have it, I have a related disease with the Lupus anticoagulant(which is NOT Lupus and not An anticoagulant.) I have Antiphospholipid Syndrome. Probable Lupus too, but have not as worried about that. There is tons of information on Lupus on the net as well as support groups. Lupus is an autoimmune disease. There is no guaranteed blood test for Lupus. Diagnosis should be done on symptoms
Personal experience
Lupus is a chronic, autoimmune, inflammatory disease. It is not contagious. The cause is not known, but some triggers have been identified. There is no cure.

I have lupus.
