Anyone out there have Fibromyalgia,Lupus or Chronic Fatigue? |
I just want to compare treatment plans for these conditions and how those of you that have it cope with day to day activities. Thanks! ME ME ME I have SLE. I dont take anything regularly. I am a healthcare proffesional so taking an immune suppressor was out of the question. I eat right, exercise regularly, stretch in the morning and at night. When I do have a flare up I take steroids for 10 days, ulraset for pain. I also take vit.D supplements BID GLA complex and a multi vitamin with iron. It has been under control for about 1.5 yrs with minimal flare ups I have fibromyalgia,and Chronic Fatigue. Plus other illnesses. Being tired all the time is very depressing and the pain makes the depression worse. There is nothing being done for my Chronic fatigue, except me sleeping all the time. The fibromyalgia I am on pain meds and amitriptiline large doses of both which do help some |
