Could she have said Lupus Anticoagulant? If so you have though, could have lupus too, Antiphospholipid Syndrome This is a seperate autoimmune disease, with many of the same symptoms, but it involves clotting and thick blood. It is posible to have a baby, but you will need special injections twice daily. This link has alot of information on this disease. It's a full overview. Best wishes Source(s): http://www.hughes-syndrome.org/overview....
I know that you get fatigued with that. Also a red rash, arthritis, fever and many many more side effects. Just type in "info on lupus" and yahoo will do a searh for you. That will give you all the answers you need to know. Good luck with everything!!!
Lupus is now recognised as an important and common illness of modern times. It is a disease in which the immune system goes 鈥榳rong鈥? becomes overactive. It can affect any organ of the body. Because the symptoms can be so diverse, including for example; fatigue, rashes, allergies, depression and kidney failure it is called the 鈥榞reat mimic鈥?

All ages can be affected, but the commonest sufferers are young females, the peak ages being between 18 and 45.

Yes, lupus still remains one of nature's grim diseases - but the outlook for most sufferers, given the correct treatment, has improved beyond recognition.

You may experience Fatigue,Skin Rashes,Hair Loss,Joint Aches and Pains,
Dry (scratchy) eyes,Inflammation of Tissues covering internal
organs,Depression,Kidney Problems

You will need to be under medication to control lupus,to be pregnant you will need greater mental strength more than anything to overcome your illness.cos i've seen ppl who were diagnosed with lupus and still able to give birth.

all the best!and gd luck!
