Is infrared saunas good for people with lupus? |
Is infrared saunas good for people with lupus? I understand that they help many auto immune diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, lupus, and even diabetes. I'm no doctor, nor do I own one of these, but I have heard only positive comments about them. I would talk to your doctor before doing something like that.. There is lots of beneficial talk on the internet about how many people reap the benefits of the infrared treatment, however keep in mind they are trying to run a business.. Does it for some people? I am sure it does.. Will it work for you?? I am not sure.. but your doctor would know if the benefits outweigh the risks.. |
