Do you know any natural,holistic,alternitive cures for lupus? |

First off there is absolutly positively no cure for lupus, believe me I have taking this holistic route...maybe you'll need to explore it for yourself though because I did. There are things you can do like making sure your body is getting enough nutrients, vitamins, etc. Living life healthfully is the best thing you can do and might help your body at least get a little on track....but by no means a cure. Also ginger is supposively a good natural anti-inflamatory, but it will in no way do anything really substantial, afterall ibuprofin is an anti-inflamatory too but doesn't do anything for me but take the edge off. The best thing you can do is talk to your doctor and find the least hardcore medication that works for you and while you take it be sure your body has everything else it needs, but you'll never cure it.
