How do you get relief from the pain & complications of Lupus? i have lupus and before i was diagnosed i was a serious gymnast. i had to cut back on my gymnastics of course, but i still exercise a lot. i've found exercising has helped my joints out a ton. i thought at first it would make my symptoms more intense and i would be more tired. however it has turned out totally opposite than what i imagined. try to do at least a little exercising for a week or two, consistently though, and see how you feel. then if you notice symptom changes, try adding a little more exercising to your schedule. it works for me. also try some B12 boosters talk to doctor. That would be with glyconutrients. You can get that information on my page blog roll. sugars_that_heal is right, I've been taking glyconutrients for almost seven years and I havent had any problems with my lupus. It really works, you should give it a try. |
