Need answers quick,is hida scan (cholescintigraphy) dangerous for people w/ lupus or autoimmune diseases? |
I have to get a hida scan done in the morning, I was diagnosed w/ lupus yrs. ago..since the hida scan involves injecting patient w/ ratio active solution..is this dangerous for people w/ autoimmune diseases?? Nope, I have Lupus and APS and have had 2 scans. No problems. Good Luck and be prepared to lay on a hard table for a long time. not sure of this, no experience with it, but go to www.webmd.com |
