I have SLE and would like to know how to cover-up my lupus lesions? The medicines and ointments do not work.? |
Is there a herbal medicine or a make-up that one uses? I use Neutrogena Sensitive Skin and Bare Minerals because they have Titanium Dioxide which is a rememedy that takes the redness of the lesions away. It works for a while but need to reapply every few hours. I am sorry to say that there is nothing you can do about the lesions. Because when the lesions are irritate it takes increase of prednisone to make them calm. When this happens lower the dose.Never miss a dose or you'll get acne and more irritate.Make sure your head is cover in the sun or your head would get the lesions and hair will fall and never grow back.Take good care of yourself. |
