Does anyone have Lupus and if so how does it affect you? |
Does anyone have Lupus and if so how does it affect you? I have systemic lupus. It affected by heart (pericarditis), lungs (pleurisy and pleural effusion), bone marrow (bone marrow failure), kidneys (high amounts of protein in urine) and caused congestive heart failure. I was on disability for 4 years and am working again. I now take Cellcept and Plaquenil and have a very comprehensive self-management program in place.
