Macular degeneration how many types are there please?

there is 2 major types wet and dry ,wet responds to laser in making it more stationary but its the least common type approx10-15% ,the rest dry type which is more progressive

It's pretty hopeless. They don't have a lot in the name of treatments. I hear that prevention is the best cure and one should stick to a good diet with lots of omega 6 oils.
