Pre menopause.....can it cause.....headaches, coldness in feet etc? |
iam having headaches(most everyday!), cold chills, hot flashes, tiredness, some minor forgetfulness , also my periods are two some months, none so far since in march. now its april!! I think if I were you I'd get a check up by your doctor. Not all your symptoms are due to menopause. Welcome to the club hon. Fun isn't it. So...now I forget what was the question...oh yeah! I'm freezing. Let me get a sweater and I'll answer you....So, yes all those symptoms are quite normal for perimenopause. I think I have 5 good minutes a month. I carry a tote bag now instead of a purse. It contains...hang on gotta take my sweater off...god it's hot in here!... I carry asprin, those little instant ice packs, a pad to write notes to myself, emergency pads, kleenex and coffee. Exercise a lot, eat well, drink water, avoid alcohol, smoking and drugs (of course!) |
