What precautions should be taken after early menopause (In age of 42 years?

please be careful while walking or doing sternous works as the chances of sustaining a # (fracture)is very common even for trivial injuries at menopause.
Check your BP(blood pressure) and heart regularly as your chances of becoming hypertensive / heart problems during early menopause are more.
Please get your Blood sugar also checked, to exclude a diabetes.
Get your thyroid function tests , T3, T4, TSH done regularly as thyroid disorders are common in early menopause.
You may get your LFT(liver function tests) etc., done regularly as you are likely to lodge a stone in the gallbladder at that age.
Please do not forget to estimate your emotional levels at menopause as an emotional break down is common at that age....
The above may be taken as more important (not exhaustive) changes about which you should be careful of, at the menopause!

The fracture risk is not increased until way past menopause (not 42) unless you have a low bone density to start - smoking, family history, steroid use, eating disorder etc).Have BMD checked. Gallbladder not common then. Get thyroid checked though. Mood swings common - not emotional breakdown. Report It

There are many more options to avail of including taking prescription drugs as well using natural products. In fact, you could even try out the popular and tested means of treating all forms of menopause by undergoing hormone replacement therapy or HRT in which women are given drugs as well as medicinal preparations that help to restore the balance of estrogen (a hormone) to their proper levels.

Since hormone replacement therapy involves artificial means, it is sure to have its attendant side effects and risk factors including developing cancer as well as bleeding and thus should only be taken after the doctor has recommended it for your particular symptoms

Watch your calcium levels. During menopause your estrogen will drop making it difficult to absorb calcium. You have to maintain good levels of estrogen, whether it be from a 'script or natural HRT.

Also be sure you get adequate amounts of vitamin D and magnesium.. your calcium depends on these to bind and help absorb calcium.

enjoying sex, if feasible, will keep the body parts in good wear and tear.
use an acupressure kit with rollers and a presser shall make all the internal organs function up-to optimal levels.
the menopause is a part and parcel of life, both activities may help u out .

consuming gold, silver and copper charged water shall make ur endocrine glands function well.
all the best to u.

Get enough calcium. A woman going through menopause needs 1000 mg to 1500 mg of calcium a day. Avoid excessive amounts of salt to reduce bloating associated with hormonal changes. More information and remedies at http://useinfo4.blogspot.com/
