Increased anxiety problems along with menopause? |
Have you experienced an increase in anxiety since starting menopause? If so, has your dr prescribed anything to help? I think it is very common, talk to your doctor. Or just the office a call and talk to the nurse. Worrying is a bad habit, you need to overcome it like any other bad habit.
