So after women go thru menopause, they start having periods again? ok so maybe this needs t be explained in a bit more detail for you, as everyone has jus said no and end of. basicalliy women are different from men (obviously) when it comes to the reproductive system as men produce sperm constantly throughout there life. women however, are BORN with only a cirtain number of eggs in the ovaries. this egg, in a normal female, will be "let out" (so to speak) one each month. it takes 28 days, once the egg has left the ovary, to make its way down the tube and into the womb. if the egg does not come into contact with the sperm to from a fetus, then the egg is no longer needed, and so we have a period and bleed in order to expel the unused egg. and so forth every month until any possible pregnancies. no. It stops their menstruation, as well as their ovulation. It's like No more periods, and no more babies. But they do get other symptoms...like hot/cold flashes. no never again...that's what the major thing of menopause is, besides the hot flashes. Definitely not! Nope, no more periods! no |
