Menopause question - did you are you suffering from dizziness/lightheadedness?

anxiety etc.,

A friend told me about your question. And I want to let you know you not alone. I have ask the same question to my doctor. All I know is I have had really bad lightheartedness and dizziness since Menopause started for me. And ANXIETY oh boy yes. My back hurts, my leg hurt. You get the point. I had no Idea that menopause would be so bad. I just don't feel like me. I can't remember why I went to the kitchen half the time. LOL Hope you feel better soon.

Yes, them all. The anxiety, mood swings were the worse, could have coped with everything else and this made me eventually go on HRT. It worked wonderfully well for me but if you are considering it remember the symptoms does return when you decide to come off it With regard to the dizziness/lightheadedness this actually happened with me just leading in to the menopause and the earlier stages. I could be sitting in a room with friends and suddenly it felt as it I was looking in on them and not really there. Other times just really light heady as if there was a sort of auro around me. I then really craved to eat something like chocolate and it helped. At one point I actually wondered could I be Diabetic but I wasn't.

I suffered with all of those plus hot flushes and night sweats. They last about a year.

I suffered with all of the above, plus I thought I was going mad.It got a lot better when I quit smoking.
