Sign of menopause?

i havent had a period for 5 months and im not pregnant,im 38 years old this year i have 5 children, wen i sneeze or laugh i have incontinence,i havent had any signs of wen im going to be due for my next period,no breast tenderness,no cramps,no backpain..it doesnt bother me that much, but its not normal either, but i would like to hear from anyone else out there with similiar symptons.

Have you went to the Dr? You really should go cause it could be early menopause or some other problem. The incontinence really has nothing to do with menopause cause after all you have 5 children and that is the reason for that problem. Have you had any hot flash's or night sweats? That usually goes along with the missed periods when going through the first stages of menopause (peri-menopause). I am getting to the peri stage cause my periods have been crazy, either late, early, heavy, light or not at all. Plus I have been more irritable. Try to see a Dr soon to make sure that is what the problem is.

All most every woman after having children have the oops problem. This is normal
Definitely see a doctor, my sister had a very similar problem
and she is only 36. The doctor asked her to come back so they could talk and she got scared and never went back

I am 38 also and facing a hormone balance checkup myself in a couple of weeks. At this age, it is possible that you are experiencing perimenopause symptoms. You need to go to your doctor and get a check up just to make sure. Sometimes thyroid issues become a problem and will throw your body out of whack. Just be careful with birth control. I have a couple of friends who thought they were menopausal and wound up with a "late in life" baby!
