Menopause with issues?

I am in the early stages on early menopause and find myself tired, but I can't sleep. I asked my doctor (who put me on Zoloft) and did a hormone test. I push myself to do the normal things around the house, but I SO feel like I am pregnant (three tests- all neg, one pap, hormone all NEG)

Do you feel tired like you stayed up all night?
My husband doesn't understand me right now.
Things in my body are changing in front of me.....eyesight.....

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No periods for 5 months. Very spotty ones 6 months prior to that. Mother went thru it early and I am 41.

I am also menapausal and eerything you are saying has happened to me. It is the hoemones being wacked out causeing it.
