REDUCTION of breast size is not menopause syndrome

Here are Some Tips on ways to get your Breast Size back:

The pectoral muscles, which lie under the breasts, on the ribcage, can be toned up to give breasts a firm foundation and improve their shape. Swimming is a great way to develop the pecs, so is grasping your forearms just below the elbow and tightening your grip ten times or more. Light dumbbells work great too.

Here are some more great tips for increasing breast size.

If you reduce stress by exercising moderately, plenty of sleep and eating the right foods, you\'ll help to keep your blood sugar stable which is a must for keeping hormonal balance.

Light to moderate breast massage works very well in stimulating breast growth, especially when using a quality topical cream or serum specially formulated for breast growth.

I hope this helps,

wow i have never heard of this before. i mean you could wear something padded. I have seemed that i gained abit and then have lost now but not up top. well i would go to the doctor and find out what you need to so. maybe you won't be so heavy up there and i wish i had your problem take care.

Have you lost weight recently? Whenever I lose 5-10 pounds my breast size decreases noticeably. They're usually the first things to go unfortunately.
