What can be taken that is natural for hot flashes due to menopause? |
What can be taken that is natural for hot flashes due to menopause? When I saw your question, I immediately called my friend as I remembered that her Mom had this problem. It seems that she had tried many things that were not working until someone suggested eating yams on a daily basis. Her hot flashes were gone in 5 days. But I must also add that she said her breasts had increased in size and felt full and not saggy. Go figure and good luck. I think I'll try the yams to increase my size. LOL black cohosh is popular, so are some of the soy estrogen extracts. |
