I'm a 16 yr old going through menopause!!?


plz dont tell me its bad, gross, and etc because i already know that. but please give me ur tips on how to get through this. it sucks...
i cant sleep and i am VERY hot!!
my skin is dry, i have a headache, and just all that good stuff.
please help
and ik i am because my doctor DID say i was. so im not making assumptions. its really happening.

&& im not allergic to anything. my doctor said i was going through pre-menopause and menopause

Wow, Your really young for going through menopause. I never heard of anyone being that young. I feel for ya cause if you want kids in the future I don't think your have them.My mom's going through menopause. She takes Estrogen it medicine you buy over the counter. She says it helps some.

I do not think you are going through menopause. It sounds like you are allergic to something? Maybe something around your bed, or the laundry detergent for your sheets. It could be something other than menopause. Don't panic. It is summer time and maybe your air conditioner is not working right.. or maybe you have a fever. You said your doctor said you were ok? But have you been recently?

I have heard of 16 year olds going through menopause, but it was on account of a fatal illness. If you're otherwise feeling well, there should be nothing to worry about.

Whatever is wrong, you need to see a doctor immediately!!!
