Is life better after a woman goes completely through menopause? |
I'm 48 and have not had a period for 6 months now and have light hot flashes. I just don't feel anything emotionally. I feel neither happy nor sad most of the time. I feel like a alien in my own body. Is this a normal feeling? It's hard to feel emotionally intimate with my spouse. Is there a happy juice I can take (Ha!) Been there no worries- everyone is different maybe a mild anti depressant would help if you take more hormones you are confusing your body and you may start up your period again. Let nature do it's thing mild hot flashes your lucky I had the HOT Flashes from Hell. But my anti depressant helped my mood alot. Take Care relax and enjoy the fun of no more periods. Honey talk to your doctor. Menopause is the worst time! I am still fighting it and hate it. You are emotional and the hot flashes will get worse and you burn from the inside out. You can be sweating one minute and freezing the next. Your bones will suffer from this too so start taking a double dose of Calcium Caltrate 600 with vitamin D. The vitamin D is in it. You need that. Hormone replacement therapy hon and you'll soon be your horny self again. Alcohol just good old alcohol notreally it shows how old and unfertile u are |
