No. Osteoporosis is the degradation of bone and a failure in the quality of it. It can be worse after menopause due to changing hormones. However, it will not bring on menopause. More information on it is at the link below.

Interesting question. I believe it is the other way around. Menopause (lack of estrogen) can lead to bone weakening. I don't think bone weakening can lead to menopause, though. There is definitely correlation between estrogen and menopause.
