I am 45 and think am nearing menopause. I can feel my self change. what can I do to control it? it is scaly? im 45 too and well into Peri Menopause, your body is changing again like when you were first going into your period, just take good care of yourself, start introducing Soy ans Soy products into your diet, take a real good supplement and if you don't really exercise..start a one as soon as you can...Good luck. http://www.womentowomen.com/symptoms.asp... I'm 42 and I reversed my bio markers of aging by taking supplements that support the hormonal system, the defense system and the immune system. I no longer have menopausal symptoms and have normal periods like clock work. http://www.glycostory.com/mannalive... My story. It's part of life. And for a few years as the hormones fluctuate wildly and periods are erratic, it's difficult. But it all settles down. Even the hormones settle down. It's a much less female -- more male type of hormonal balance because almost all the estrogen is out of the equation -- but the good thing is that it gives you much more confidence to tackle absolutely anything. And more go and more zest too. Don't even try to control it -- look forward to the positive things it'll bring! No I can't help. But what is " scaly "? It is normal as the last of your eggs pass. It does mean some freedom of pregnancy? and the loss of your period right?? what to worry !??? I never gave any thought to study this side of woman's life Sorry Bright side ??? several 60+ women have just given birth. (I.V.F) I think. It means you don't have an egg but the birth process still does work>>> |
