I'm 43 will i be going threw menopause soon and what are the symptoms? |
i cant wait it might sound crazy but i had this sence 12 with heavy bleeding and cramps for 10 days each time. Yeah, me too. I'm not sure though, now that it is here. But then again, I'm not sure if it is all related to menopause. Hot flashes. Sleep disturbances (insomnia). Emotional changes, such as mood swings or irritability. A change in sexual interest or response. Problems with concentration and memory that are linked to sleep loss and fluctuating hormones (not a permanent sign of aging).4 Headaches. Rapid, irregular heartbeats (heart palpitations). Generalized itching. Source(s): http://www.webmd.com/hw/menopause/hw2287... You should tell your doctor this, because going on birth control pills would help a lot...you would have shorter, more regular, less painful periods. My might go through menopause soon, or maybe later when you're closer to fifty. There are some good websites with info on this topic, so type in "menopause" in GOOGLE. symptoms.................. hot cold hot cranky cold hot choclolate,,,,,,,,,,,no dark chocolate hot again there are some herbs that help balence your hormones , yarrrow , black cohosh find a health food store they have combinations that can help and maybe some that can with your before menopause situation Maybe the best thing to do would be to see your doctor. Going on the pill might help to relieve the heaving bleeding and cramping. It could be another 10 years before you hit menopause. Do you really want to continue to put up with these symptoms, when there are ways that they can be controlled right now. Please see your doctor. Take care : ) |
