How do i know if im going through menopause?


i missed a period and im 42 years old i took a pregnacy test one week after i missed

42 is kind of early for menopause. I'd wait and take another test, or see your doctor if you don't start soon. Peri-menopause can make you a little irregular, but so can stress or diet changes, etc.
