I'm 40. Severely depressed. Can it be Menopause? I have irregular periods.?

Can it be Menopause? I have irregular periods. How can I solve the problem? I can't get up in the morning. Can't go to work. This usually happens intensely before my period comes.

You probably need to discuss your symptoms with your doctor. There is a book on what's known as Perimenopause available at the bookstore and library that is helpful. It is guide to everything happening to your body after the age of 35. It gives nutritional guides and guidelines for vitamins, exercise and diet. Up and down hormones can play havoc with your mood and energy level. You don't have to suffer, get this book and talk to your doctor.
see a doctor, ok
It can be menopause, the best way to find out is to ask your doctor.
Please see your general practitioner.
Id say see a doctor
could be the start but you could be stressed talk to your Dr.
sounds like it could be menopause. Go to your doctor and see what they think because there are medicine that can take that edge off. My mom used to sit and cry when she went through it, it was awful for her. My sister went through it at 27 years old. I think I may be now and I'm only 33.
