How Does One Know That One Has Finished Menopause? |
How Does One Know That One Has Finished Menopause? The medical community says that if you have not had a period in 12 consecutive months then you are in menopause. Some women however, have become pregnant after having not had a period in over a year. This means that they were not really in menopause. During the time that your periods are irregular and you go feel like you are going through puberty all over again, it's called perimenopause she doesn't have her period for at least a year. It seems like it can be 1 yr or never I haven't gotten there yet but I'd assume that if you've gone several consecutive months with no bleeding, or spotting that you may be finished. |
