Is it normal not have hot flashes during menopause? |
Is it normal not have hot flashes during menopause? Every woman's body reacts to menopause differently, you may just be experiencing menopause in a different way. every person experiences the menopause differently my mum suffered really badly with the flushes. she started to take black cohosh(a natural medicine) and it has eased them. Good Luck! its not uncommon i was just about to do a Tom Jones then its not unusual KEEP WELL Every woman reacts to the menopause in a different way, but do not worry hot flashes is normal in menopause. It is very common to have hot flushes (tropical moments sound nicer!) If you can buy Dong Quai from your local health food shop you should find that these settle, but if you are unsure speak to your doctor, he might be able to give you some sort of hormone therapy. Not Normal !!!!!!!! count your blessings ... you are one of the lucky ones... my sister was the same, just sailed through the whole thing....just finished her periods and that was it !! I , on the other hand, had the lot, flushes day and night, mood swings, panic attacks.. I have been finished for 5 years now, and STILL get night sweats !!! Ho hum, the trials of a Woman............ |
