Has anyone heard of any woman going through menopause in their early 30"s?

Yes. A woman can go through menopause as soon as her body runs out of ovules. This is normal.
My mom started going through it in her late 30's so I guess it can happen sooner than we would like unfortunately.
I have read stories in magazines where women go through it in their 20's! By the way, I have PCOS too. Havent had a period since March this year
Menopause have no age group. But to be ok have alot of sex while you can still feel the sensation.
