Can you get pregnant after you go through Menopause?

Menopause is the end of you menstrual cycle. You ovaries therfore stop releasing eggs. Without them, you cannot conceive. Check with your doctor to be sure that you actually went through menopause. Good luck!
You're kidding right???

Added....

Sorry, I have to post an addendum... as a physician, I will tell you that it is impossible to get pregnant after you have completed menopause.... (Read the question).

After menopause the ovaries are shut down. There are no more eggs-----EVER. When a woman is born she has a specific number of ova... they are not reproduced like semen in a man. When those eggs are gone.... Menopause starts.

It's quite simple... no more eggs.... no more pregnancy.

When the ovaries shut down, hormonal control of the uterus also shuts down leaving it basically a useless organ. It can no long sustain a pregnancy, no matter how it is conceived and implanted.

And to refute the crap on here.... there has not been a reported case of post menopausal pregnancy in the literature that I have read.
No!
lol. wtf is wrong with you. NO!!!!!
Not by conventional methods.
No. During menopause, your ovaries quit releasing eggs. Without eggs, you cannot concieve.
