Could haveing sex, with orgasm, ease the symptoms of menopause?.?

just woundering if while haveing orgasm, any hormomes released>? And if so is it benificial to woman suffering hot flashes??

There are hormones and endorphines released during sex, however I am not 'sure' that there is a menopause 'counteract'. I guess I don't get why you are asking the question? Sure have sex, have fun and give it a try! If it works - great! If it doesn't, didn't you still have some fun finding out?

The only other issue I could see is that your partner is unable to bring you to orgasm, and if that is the case, learn to pleasure yourself so that you can reach orgasm alone.

I wish you all the best, I'm starting menopause, and yikes those hotflashes are mean! It couldn't hurt to try!
