Is it possible to induce lactation without hormones after menopause? |
My master is curious about lactation after menopause without the use of hormones. I am currrently perimenopausal and would be interested in knowing if it is possible. Hi sis! ;) Yes you can induce lactation after menopause. Here's a very informative link for you and your Master to read: http://www.asklenore.info/breastfeeding/... Hope this helps. My best to you and your Master. :))) shani* Your master? I think you are on the wrong site. It might be possible to stimulate lymph fluid to come. That is what most non-pregnancy "lactation" appears to be. I believe if you just start pumping regularly and you'll start producing milk. I'd find a lactation consultant. The local hospital should be able to help you with that. stimulation and sucking regularly you can lactate without hormones, by sucking. you must get someone to suck your areolas for long laps of time and daily. |
