NO IT WILL FOOL THE TEST, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE COIL REMOVED FOR 6-8 WEEKS FOR AN ACURATE READING.
if it doesn't have a hormone attachment then you can gain a trustful result
It should bc the mirena hormons are only localized. It would be like taking a pregnancy test. Everytime I go to the clinic they do a routine pregnancy test and it shows up negative
