Any ladies out there taking hormone replacement therapy for the menopause?


i would like to no your opinions on hrt especially if you are in the early stages of menopause or could anyone sugest an alternative option for weight gain especially

I've been on HRT for 10 years because of severe hot flashes. I was having 40 to 50 intense ones a day. I had some other menopausal symptoms that were difficult to deal with too. I tried several natural remedies, but none worked nearly as well as HRT. I use a patch with an extremely low dose of estrogen, balanced with a tablet with an extremely low dose of progesterone. My grandmother had hot flashes into her 80s. HRT has not made me gain weight.
