has vagine dryness any signs and if she is what can she do for the dryness

If your friend has no more periods, has hot flashes (weak or strong) vagina dryness all these are symptoms. The best is to go to a doctor and have a hormonal check-up.
Astro glide. Thats the best stuff. As far as knowing if she is "dry" thats as simple as feeling for "wetness" with her fingers. Can't go wrong with the Astro glide though.
