Is it true that you're not supposed to eat soy during menopause?



I'm vegan and wondering...

No ..she is right it is quite the opposite ..Soy has estrogen like properties..some people refer to it as estrogen but it mimics estrogen and will help ease with menopause..I just went through it..had a couple of hot months .. and now it's over .. so definitely eat soy..it will help..but the mood swings ..well that is another story ...!
